Publication Ethics

The Journal of Industrial and Organizational Performance Engineering (JIOPE) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and preventing all forms of publication malpractice. The journal adheres to internationally recognized ethical principles in scholarly publishing.

Authors are required to submit original work, appropriately cite all sources, disclose any potential conflicts of interest, and ensure that research data are reported accurately and honestly, without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation. Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made significant scholarly contributions to the work.

Editors evaluate all submitted manuscripts based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without discrimination. Editors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and for avoiding any conflicts of interest in the editorial decision-making process.

Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of manuscripts while maintaining strict confidentiality and declaring any potential conflicts of interest.

Aksara Scientia, as the publisher, supports full editorial independence and ensures that ethical issues—including plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data falsification—are thoroughly investigated and addressed through appropriate actions, such as manuscript rejection, publication of corrections, or article retraction.
