Author Guidelines

The journal welcomes original research articles, applied studies, technical papers, and systematic literature reviews related to industrial and organizational performance engineering.

All manuscripts must be written in English and should be organized using the following structure:

  • Title

  • Author(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–6 terms)

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review

  • Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References

Formatting Requirements

  • File format: Microsoft Word

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line spacing: Single spacing (1.0)

  • Manuscript length: 6–12 pages

Citation Style

All citations and references must follow the APA 7th Edition style. References should be relevant, up to date, and properly cited within the manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
