The Journal of Industrial and Organizational Performance Engineering (JIOPE) implements a flexible Article Processing Charge (APC) policy to support the dissemination of knowledge and to encourage high-quality scholarly submissions.

Currently, the publication fee is IDR 0 for each accepted article.

JIOPE is committed to upholding academic integrity and ensuring that all publication decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, independent of the authors’ ability to pay.
