Peer Review Process

The Journal of Industrial and Organizational Performance Engineering (JIOPE) applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and academic quality.

  • Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors.

  • Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.

  • Each submitted manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.

  • The review process focuses on originality, methodological rigor, relevance, and contribution to the field of performance engineering.

  • The final publication decision is made by the Editor based on the reviewers’ recommendations.
